Je me suis alors form\u00e9e \u00e0 la <strong>Yogath\u00e9rapie<\/strong>, une pratique de soins dite non conventionnelle (<a href=\"https:\/\/sante.gouv.fr\/soins-et-maladies\/qualite-securite-et-pertinence-des-soins\/securite-des-prises-en-charge\/article\/les-pratiques-de-soins-non-conventionnelles\"><em>PSNC<\/em><\/a>) de bien-\u00eatre et de mieux-\u00eatre qui vient en compl\u00e9ment des prises en charge conventionnelles (<b>Institut de Yoga Th\u00e9rap<\/b><strong>ie<\/strong> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idyt.com\/\">IDYT<\/a> &#8211; de <b>Lionel Coudron)<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb1_2&Prime; _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.16&Prime; custom_padding=\u00a0\u00bb|||\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb custom_padding__hover=\u00a0\u00bb|||\u00a0\u00bb][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.27.4&Prime; global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h2>Relaxation et Hypnose<\/h2>\n<p>La d\u00e9couverte en Inde du\u00a0<strong>Yoga Nidra<\/strong>, ou sommeil yogique, a \u00e9t\u00e9 bouleversante&#8230; entre la m\u00e9ditation et la relaxation profonde. Le corps physique est amen\u00e9 vers le sommeil et l&rsquo;immobilit\u00e9 totale mais la conscience demeure pleine et active. De nombreuses recherches ont permis de mettre en lumi\u00e8re les nombreux avantages du repos profond sans sommeil, notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sur la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil<\/li>\n<li>b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sur la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale<\/li>\n<li>capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s aux traumatismes et aux d\u00e9pendances<\/li>\n<li>renforcement de l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre \u00e9motionnel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces \u00e9tats liminaux me sont devenus de plus en plus pr\u00e9cieux et m&rsquo;ont peu \u00e0 peu amen\u00e9e vers l\u2019<strong>Hypnose \u00c9ricksonnienne Transpersonnelle<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hypnose-holotropique41.com\/\">Nicolas Dumont<\/a>, dont j&rsquo;ai suivi l&rsquo;enseignement) et je continue mon apprentissage avec l\u2019\u00e9tude de la <strong>Relaxation \u00e9volutive et de la Sophrologie<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.relaxation-transpersonnelle.com\/\">Isthme<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Au travers de ces diff\u00e9rentes techniques l\u2019objectif est de recentrer la personne dans son corps, de mobiliser ses capacit\u00e9s et potentialit\u00e9s.
