Des pratiques dynamiques telles <strong>Relaxation progressive de JACOBSON<\/strong> ou le <strong>Training autog\u00e8ne de SCHULTZ,<\/strong> des pratiques de conscience des sens et des \u00e9motions comme la <strong>M\u00e9thode VITTOZ<\/strong> ou encore des pratiques de visualisation telle le <strong>YOGA NIDRA<\/strong> qui propose un voyage entre veille et sommeil, pour une exp\u00e9rience riche en ressources au coeur de sa conscience.<\/p>\n<p>Le Yoga Nidra est une technique de relaxation qui s&rsquo;inscrit dans un r\u00e9cit occidental du yoga, \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e de certaines pratiques Tantriques et des techniques de relaxation occidentale du XIX et XXe si\u00e8cle, et je transmets suivant l\u2019enseignement de Micheline Flak, qui a diffus\u00e9 les savoirs et techniques mises au point par Swami Satyananda, fondateur de la Bihar School of Yoga dans les ann\u00e9es 1960.<\/p>\n<p>Ces pratiques de relaxation visent \u00e0 dissoudre les tensions physiques, \u00e9motionnelles et mentales. Le <strong>HATHA FLOW<\/strong> est un\u00a0yoga doux et attentif au respect de ses propres limites. Il s\u2019adresse \u00e0 toutes les conditions physiques et tous les niveaux.
