Forme de Shakti, le divin f\u00e9minin et consort de Shiva. D\u00e9esse \u00e0 la peau rose p\u00e2le, dot\u00e9e de quatre bras et six t\u00eates, assises sur une fleur de Lotus. Je me suis form\u00e9e \u00e0 la Yogath\u00e9rapie.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui fait la force de la Yogath\u00e9rapie c\u2019est de vous remettre au centre de votre mieux \u00eatre. Aussi de votre c\u00f4t\u00e9 vous devrez, en plus de venir \u00e0 ces s\u00e9ances, pratiquer des exercices personnalis\u00e9s chez vous. Des exercices toujours simples, accessibles, expliqu\u00e9s et vus ensemble pour les adapter au mieux. Nous travaillerons avec les outils du yoga : postures, respirations,\u00a0relaxations et m\u00e9ditation adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 votre situation, mais aussi des exercices d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et d&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation de votre ressenti physique et \u00e9motionnel.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Je pourrai aussi vous donner des conseils d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne alimentaire et de qualit\u00e9 de vie afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer votre bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enseignement de la yoga th\u00e9rapie que je poursuis \u00e0 l\u2019IDYT est une approche th\u00e9rapeutique utilisant les outils mill\u00e9naires du yoga mais aussi les apports des sciences actuelles. Elle n\u2019est pas un substitut aux th\u00e9rapies m\u00e9dicales modernes mais un ensemble d\u2019outils\u00a0compl\u00e9mentaires. Elle aide \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les ressources de chacun pour retrouver un \u00e9quilibre physique, mental et \u00e9motionnel.
