C&rsquo;est un sommeil psychique.<\/p>\n<p>La technique s\u2019inspire des traditions\u00a0du <em>Shivaisme<\/em> du Cachemire\u00a0et du <em>Vedanta<\/em> et qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 red\u00e9couvert et \u00e9tudi\u00e9 par <strong>Swami Satyananda<\/strong> dans les ann\u00e9es 50, mais il n&rsquo;est pas sans lien avec certaines pratiques de relaxation occidentales du XIX et XX si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n<h5>Les principes de base du Nidra<\/h5>\n<p>Durant toute la pratique du Yoga Nidra, le corps doit rester parfaitement immobile mais avec une \u00e9coute attentive et en restant parfaitement \u00e9veill\u00e9, dans un niveau proche de l\u2019\u00e9tat hypnagogique &#8211; ou <em>hypnayogique<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Cet \u00e9tat permet de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer l\u2019activit\u00e9 du mental, c\u2019est une forme de \u00ab\u00a0<em>reset<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb qui permet aux id\u00e9es cr\u00e9atives de plonger directement dans l\u2019inconscient.<\/p>\n<p>Il\u00a0est compl\u00e8tement accessible \u00e0 tous car ne suppose aucune exigence physique. Il s\u2019agit juste de s\u2019installer dans une position confortable allong\u00e9 en Savasana ou m\u00eame en assisse et de se laisser guider par la voix.<\/p>\n<h5>Le Nidra, c\u2019est pour qui ?<\/h5>\n<p>Le Yoga Nidra pourra vous apporter une aide pr\u00e9cieuse\u00a0si :<br \/>* vous avez des probl\u00e8mes de sommeil,<br \/>* vous \u00eates tr\u00e8s fatigu\u00e9, stress\u00e9,<br \/>* vous traversez une p\u00e9riode difficile,<br \/>* vous suivez un traitement compliqu\u00e9,<br \/>mais surtout si vous souhaitez explorer votre int\u00e9riorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il est toutefois d\u00e9conseill\u00e9 en cas de troubles psychiques ou de traitement pour d\u00e9pression.<\/p>\n<h5>Comment se d\u00e9roule une s\u00e9ance ?<\/h5>\n<p>La s\u00e9ance, suivant l\u2019enseignement de <strong>Micheline Flak<\/strong>, dure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 30 \u00e0 45 minutes, elle peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e par une s\u00e9ance douce de Yoga.<\/p>\n<p>La pratique commence par une relaxation du corps et un retrait progressif des sens, seul l\u2019\u00e9coute et le toucher demeure les portes ouvertes de notre perception.<\/p>\n<p>Puis la technique particuli\u00e8re de la rotation de conscience dans les parties du corps continue de nous plonger dans l\u2019\u00e9tat de <em>Pratyahara<\/em>, le retrait des sens. Une fois le mental ralenti, des exercices de prise de conscience de la respiration ou de sensations oppos\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s, puis des visualisations avec symboles et \u00e9ventuellement mantras.<\/p>\n<p>Le <em>Sankalpa<\/em>, ou intention, est un des piliers du <strong>Yoga Nidra<\/strong>.
