Ce sont des racines qui viendront structurer et d\u00e9velopper une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure propre \u00e0 recevoir l\u2019inattendu, de pouvoir aller vers ce qui vient, d\u2019accepter l\u2019incertain, le mobile, le fluctuant sans perdre sa propre voie.<\/p>\n<h5>A long, moyen ou court terme, \u00e9couter sa voie, d\u00e9finir son chemin.<\/h5>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de cette nouvelle ann\u00e9e, peut-\u00eatre pourrez-vous prendre un temps pour vous asseoir et vous interroger : \u00ab Quelle graine puis-je souhaiter voir germer tout au long de cette ann\u00e9e? \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h6>Quelques r\u00e8gles \u00e0 suivre cependant :<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>le Sankalpa se prononce int\u00e9rieurement chaque matin et soir, lorsque la conscience oscille entre veille et sommeil, mais \u00e9galement durant Savasana ou \u00e0 la fin de sa pratique<\/li>\n<li>le Sankalpa consiste en une phrase claire, courte et simple<\/li>\n<li>toujours positive<\/li>\n<li>il se prononce avec la conviction de sa r\u00e9alisation<\/li>\n<li>vous concerne en premier lieu<\/li>\n<li>ne change pas dans sa formulation jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa r\u00e9alisation et cela peut \u00eatre l\u2019objectif de toute une vie<\/li>\n<li>le Sankalpa est gard\u00e9 pour soi, il ne se prononce pas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Je vous souhaite une ann\u00e9e pleine de surprises, au cours de laquelle nous retrouverons encore et encore le chemin de nos c\u0153urs.
