Cet \u00e9quilibre n&rsquo;est possible que par une vie harmonieuse au coeur des rythmes qui nous entourent et un simple regard nous informe que la Nature s&rsquo;\u00e9veille, l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie remonte, les pousses et bourgeons \u00e9mergent. Pour suivre ce rythme des saisons et inter-saisons, sortir progressivement de la torpeur hivernale et laisser \u00e9merger en nous cette \u00e9nergie montante, nous pouvons suivre quelques techniques de r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage et de nettoyage auxquelles nous invite le Yoga.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Voici quelques id\u00e9es pour vous all\u00e9ger et adopter une alimentation sattvique, pour qu\u2019elle \u00ab<em>produise l\u2019\u00e9nergie qui dirige notre corps, mais fa\u00e7onne \u00e9galement nos \u00e9motions et affecte notre esprit.<\/em>\u00bb \u2013 Swami Sivananda.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>adoptez une approche joyeuse et pleine de gratitude pour les aliments que vous pr\u00e9parez, ils sont un cadeau de la nature.<\/li>\n<li>mangez et buvez assis en prenant le temps de savourer, en silence si vous \u00eates seul.e ou en abordant uniquement les sujets de conversation gais et f\u00e9d\u00e9rateurs si vous \u00eates en famille ou entre amis.<\/li>\n<li>mangez \u00e0 horaires r\u00e9guliers, sautez le repas si vous ne ressentez pas la faim, prenez le temps d\u2019observer ce que vous ressentez, \u00e9coutez vous.<\/li>\n<li>faites vous plaisir!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faites de la place pour cette alimentation saine en purifiant votre corps par des Kryas.
