Verset 35 \u00e0 38<\/p>\n<p>La Gheranda Samhita commente \u00e9galement:<br \/>\u00ab<em>Sh\u00e2mbhavi Mudra. Le geste de la d\u00e9esse Sh\u00e2mbhavi, qui est consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 Shiva. L\u2019oeil fixe, s\u2019absorber dans le Soi-m\u00eame (atman). Telle est la Sh\u00e2mbhavi, tenue secr\u00e8te dans tous les Tantra<\/em>.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment pratiquer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shambavi Mudra consiste \u00e0 faire converger son regard en un point, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inter-sourcilier, ou zone du troisi\u00e8me oeil. Les yeux sont ouverts ou ferm\u00e9s. Le temps de tenue de la pratique est variable mais ne doit pas cr\u00e9er de tension dans les yeux.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la pratique, on pourra appliquer les paumes r\u00e9chauff\u00e9es devant les yeux clos, afin de les d\u00e9tendre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment cette simple pratique peut elle avoir un effet sur notre mental<\/strong> ?<\/p>\n<p>La pens\u00e9e fonctionne sur deux modes essentiels, la production d\u2019images et la production du discours int\u00e9rieur. Les muscles oculomoteurs sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 la production d\u2019images, le discours int\u00e9rieur au larynx.<\/p>\n<p>Si j\u2019imagine un objet ou si je lis un texte \u00ab\u00e0 voix basse\u00bb, ces muscles sont sollicit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Inversement, lorsque les muscles oculomoteurs ou ceux du larynx sont relax\u00e9s, la production d\u2019images et le discours int\u00e9rieur diminue. Les pens\u00e9es s\u2019apaisent.<\/p>\n<p>Par la convergence oculaire, les muscles oculomoteurs sont sollicit\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re inhabituelle. Certains ajoutent que les deux h\u00e9misph\u00e8res c\u00e9r\u00e9braux, reli\u00e9s aux yeux, \u00abfusionnent\u00bb l\u2019activit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale et provoquent une forme de \u00ab sid\u00e9ration \u00bb de la pens\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la d\u00e9tente que vous pouvez exp\u00e9rimenter tr\u00e8s facilement en tentant l\u2019exercice, la pratique entra\u00eene une modification des relations entre les \u00e9motions et les souvenirs.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est le m\u00eame m\u00e9canisme qui agit dans le sommeil paradoxal et la phase de mouvements oculaires rapides. Lors de notre sommeil, les souvenirs et les exp\u00e9riences de la journ\u00e9e sont \u00abpurg\u00e9s\u00bb par le mouvement des yeux. Cette phase de sommeil permet un \u00abreset\u00bb de notre cerveau, une digestion des \u00e9motions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En MTC<\/strong>, nous apprenons que le m\u00e9ridien du Foie passe et arrive derri\u00e8re les yeux, et celui de la V\u00e9sicule Biliaire prend sa source de la pointe de nos sourcils, il est en lien avec notre nerf optique.<\/p>\n<p>Les exercices visant \u00e0 mobiliser nos yeux ou globes oculaires, auront une action b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour le foie.
