Et cette connexion ne fait que nous rappeler que nous sommes des \u00eatres humains et faisons partie int\u00e9grante du vivant.<\/p>\n<p>Des milliers d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es durant, les fronti\u00e8res de la vie humaine, v\u00e9g\u00e9tale ou animale \u00e9taient m\u00eal\u00e9es. Nuits, jours, alternances et oscillations des saisons rythmaient la vie sociale. Des routines saisonni\u00e8res dictaient nos temps d\u2019activit\u00e9 et de repos. Et notre corps demeure rythm\u00e9 par son cycle nycth\u00e9m\u00e9ral, si sa temp\u00e9rature ne peut baisser d\u2019environ 1,5 \u00b0C la nuit, notre sommeil ne sera pas r\u00e9parateur. De nombreux troubles proviennent d\u2019une mauvaise synchronisation de l\u2019\u00eatre humain avec les cycles du jour et de la nuit.<\/p>\n<p>Changements, mouvement et retours cadencent le vivant. Et notre hygi\u00e8ne de vie a tout \u00e0 gagner de respecter ces cycles. Alors \u00eatre vous pr\u00eat ?<\/p>\n<p><b>Printemps \u2013 le Yang croissant<\/b><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est un<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u00abnouveau d\u00e9part\u00bb. Le moment id\u00e9al pour mettre en route de nouveaux projets, pour utiliser cette \u00e9nergie cr\u00e9atrice et bouillonnante, le moment de revenir dans le monde avec enthousiasme, voir nos amis et \u00e9changer.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est le temps du fameux \u00ab\u00a0nettoyage de printemps\u00a0\u00bb, se lib\u00e9rer de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie ancienne et stagnante, cr\u00e9er de l\u2019espace en nous et dans notre environnement, peut-\u00eatre trier, ranger donner ou vendre les objets dont nous ne voulons plus ou dont nous n&rsquo;avons plus besoin, et ainsi se permettre l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et espace physique et mental.<\/p>\n<p><b>Prenez soin de votre Foie<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Selon la m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise, le printemps est la saison o\u00f9 notre foie a besoin de soins particuliers.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Au printemps mangez des aliments verts et des salades de proximit\u00e9, qui soutiendront la capacit\u00e9 digestive naturelle du foie. Choux, poireaux, \u00e9pinards, mais aussi radis, oseille, pissenlits\u2026en vapeur ou \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9touff\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9duisez les aliments lourds et les aliments transform\u00e9s si possible.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;amertume stimule la digestion et favorise la sant\u00e9 du foie. Cuisinez vos asperges, artichauts, chicor\u00e9e, cresson et petits pois. Il est dit que tout ce vert retiendra l\u2019\u00e9nergie ou le \u00abprana\u00bb du printemps.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bouger plus et dormir mieux<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les jours sont plus longs, le temps plus doux; bouger, marcher, sortir permet de se reconnecter \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie printani\u00e8re, en savourant de passer plus de temps \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur en cette saison.<\/p>\n<p>La lumi\u00e8re naturelle peut \u00eatre un bon rythme de notre sommeil. Si c\u2019est possible, r\u00e9veillez-vous plus t\u00f4t avec le lever du soleil. Exposer vos yeux \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re naturelle du jour et \u00e9coutez votre corps tout au long de la journ\u00e9e en lui accordant un mini repos en d\u00e9but d\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi &#8211; un Yoga Nidra de trente minutes permettra \u00e9galement de reposer son mental.<\/p>\n<p><b>Yoga &#8211; Pratiquez Asanas et Pranayama<\/b><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s le matin, redynamisez en douceur votre corps et votre esprit en pratiquant, apr\u00e8s quelques salutations au soleil, des torsions : Ardha Matsyendrasana<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>ou Parivritta Anjaneyasana (fente en torsion), mais \u00e9galement des postures d\u2019engagement comme Navasana (le bateau). Une pratique lente mais fluide stimulera la circulation et augmentera votre \u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>Vous trouvez que ce d\u00e9but de saison marque le d\u00e9part des rhumes et allergies ? Pratiquez Kapalabhati (la respiration du Feu) pour nettoyer les sinus. Equilibrez par Surya Bhedana (la respiration solaire) ou simplement respirez profond\u00e9ment et calmement pour \u00e9quilibrer votre humeur et votre bien \u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p>Tout simplement sortez et observez. Quels arbres verdissent ? Quelles fleurs viennent \u00e0 fleurir ? Quels oiseaux retrouvez-vous? Quelles couleurs vous attirent?
